Hello, sewing friends! Today I'm sharing with you another tester roundup for the Daisy Briefs. If you missed the previous parts, you can find tester roundup 1 and roundup 2. Today I'm sharing with you the work of Sherry, @toffee_apple_sweet_kreations. She has made quite a few Daisy Briefs for her daughter, and I love all the prints she has chosen! Here we have Style B with a contrast insert. Sherry's daughter prefers fabric binding over elastic, so Sherry used her own methods for adding binding, since my pattern doesn't include instructions for self finishes. Skulls!! I love this fabric. If my husband saw these, he'd want a pair for himself (hahaha, using a different pattern of course). I believe this was the first pair Sherry made, so she just used scraps the check fit. Isn't this combination of print and lace fab? Another pair of briefs in Style D, and this one with some interesting fabric. At first I thought it was some sort of dashed stripe, and was a bit shocked when I zoomed in. I'll warn you, this fabric is "colorful" in more ways than one! I love the contrasting FOE and lace. We'll finish it off with some Harry Potter undies. Aren't these adorable?
Sherry sure does a fantastic job, and it makes me so happy that her daughter enjoys my pattern. Happy Sewing!
